Application Fee is $50.00 Fee Non-Refundable per Adult over 18 years of age, and there is a Lease Fee of $45.00. What we look for: Evictions, Criminal Background, Employment and Landlord Verification. A Good Faith Deposit of $100.00 (Applied towards your Security Deposit) is required to hold the home for 24 hours during the application process. If you do not execute the lease after approval by M and M Realty please note that the application fee, good faith deposit, and lease fee are not refundable.
