She has made our investments in Lehigh Acres properties very safe investments, providing us insightful advice in selecting the properties to purchase and setting an appropriate rental rate. She had the properties rented before we even closed on them; she has had problems with the homes fixed immediately and affordably through her network of contacts; and she has maintained the level of contact we need. In short, Cossett has been the key to the success of our investment properties.

I have been a client of M & M since June 2011. They were referred to me by my termite/pest controller! Ha! Recently, I purchased my first property in Lehigh Acres & Cossett & her team has been very helpful. Their periodic inspections with photos are very thorough & informative. M & M makes every effort to insure that a renter will be satisfactory & respect my property. I have just acquired another property in Lehigh Acres & I'm looking forward to their assistance since the previous management company that I had hired was not able to find an acceptable renter, I have purchased properties that I may choose to live-in when I retire. I have used Cossett and M & M Realty Solutions for a few years now. Cossett and her team at M & M Realty work effectively to respond to tenant issues in a timely manner. Cossett is friendly and personable and she creates a positive rapport in working with tenants. The rents are collected in a timely manner and Betsy provides me with a detailed report regarding the income and expenses for each property each month. As someone who worked in property management herself, I understand that this job has many challenges. Cossett and M & M Realty Solutions have gone beyond my expectations of a property management company. I would recommend them to anyone who owns rental property in the greater Fort Myers area.

I have been using M&M Realty service for over 2 years now and can say it has been one of the best experiences I have ever had in dealing with a company. They under promise and over deliver everytime. I have never had to worry about my property and know that they are on top of everything from small issues to major issues they are handles quickly and painlessly!
