Some of our requirements for the application process
Print and Fill Out the Application
Please make sure to download and print the application located below. Read and fill out the application to the best of your ability. Every person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the home must apply. Keep in mind we review your background record, eviction history, and credit.
Application Fee
A $75 application fee per person is required. (Must be 18 or older)
The application fee is not refundable.
To hold the property we charge $250 that will later be applied to any move in costs. This is meant to reserve the property.
If your pet has been approved the fee per pet is $250. These fee's must be in the form of a money order.
Attach A form of ID
Once application is complete, you will need to attach a form of ID such as a drivers license or passport to the application.
Deliver
Once the application is complete and you have collected all the necessary documents and fee's, you can then deliver it to our local office. 1490 NE Pine Island Rd Suite 4A, Cape Coral, FL 33909.

Proof of Income
Along with the application and ID's we require the last 3 months of bank statements, paystubs, or tax documents in order to prove you make sufficient income for the rental you are applying to.
Approval Time Period
From the moment you deliver the application and fee, it takes anywhere from 1-3 business days to have a response from our applications department.
